Joe Marler posts public forfeit after Wales beat England and it’s going viral online

Former England rugby front row Joe Marler has gone viral yet again on social media after he posted a forfeit after the Wales vs England match Six Nations. Joe Marler’s always on form.

Wales beat England in the Six Nations this weekend in what turned out to be a dominant win for the men in red against one of their oldest rivals. Joe marler did not take place in the match after he pulled out of the squad for personal reasons. However, he did get involved in the post-match banter after he posted a video on his social media which appeared to show him doing a forfeit for Wales winning the match.

The video has already garnered over 200,000 views on Twitter alone. He is known as one of the biggest characters in rugby and he is famous for his funny outbursts and humorous takes on rugby.

The footage shows the well-known prop singing one of the most popular Welsh anthems while he has his hand on his chest in an anthem manner. When he finishes singing, he shows a subtle finger to the camera which makes it very clear he lost a bet.

It turns out the bet was made with his friend Steve Speirs, who is an ardent Welsh rugby fan.

Wales will take on Italy in the next round of the tournament, a game which they are expected to win comfortably.

Having said that, Scotland were expected to beat Wales comfortably in Murrayfield two weeks ago and that did not happen. Who knows what could happen in this round of the competition.

Here is the brilliant video of Joe Marler and his wonderful forfeit after Wales beat England in the Six Nations.
