EVIDENCE: Connacht fans are right to be filthy after replays SHOW that they should have won

Connacht fans will be scratching their heads after after a seemingly bizarre refereeing decision this weekend.

The Galway club were down by one point in the 79th minute of the match when Hunt attempted an outrageous match-winning drop goal from just outside their own half.

The kick was well short and Hogg regathered the ball…

This is when it gets odd.

Hogg carried the ball back over his own try line, and even the commentator noted this, he touched the ball down and then quickly threw the ball for a 22 drop out.

No Stuart, it should have been a Connacht scrum on the 5 metre line which would have given the men in green a perfect position to go for a try or drop goal.

Evidence below.
