SUPERCUT: This is exactly what Leinster have got on their hands in James Lowe

Dynamic winger James Lowe had a big season for the Chiefs in 2017, after returning from a serious injury obtained in the 2015 season, and is now transferring at new club Leinster.

James Lowe is a versatile back, with key strengths in his finishing and speed.

Leinster, who are known for their canny signings in the past, could be on to an absolute winger, who many believe is unlucky not to have been capped for the All Blacks.

Lowe played for the Maori All Blacks and represents Tasman for the ITM Cup, having helped them to the ITM Cup Premiership final after winning the ITM Cup Championship. He was a junior and senior school athletic champion and represented New Zealand at U15’s basketball.
