With the arrival of Irish secondrow wunderkind James Ryan, the figure of Iain Henderson has been somewhat overshadowed.

The Ulsterman is probably better a ball carrier and arguably a more naturally gifted footballer than Ryan, but the Leinsterman’s work rate, lineout excellence and all round belligerence has maybe painted Henderson in a slightly lesser light.

Once the young Lion, now Henderson, with 40 caps to his name, is entering his middle age as a rugby player.

He earned his 100th cap this weekend, this brilliant tribute might help remind you of just how good he is.
