Hong Kong fullback Jack Neville was left seeing stars after this monstrous hit in his sides 51-0 thrashing of the Cook Islands.

Thankfully Neville was able to walk off the pitch assisted by Hong Kong medics.

The Cook Islands were ill-disciplined throughout and at one stage in the second half were down to 12 men following three red cards in succession.
