Viewers appalled as foul mouthed Ireland MOTM produces expletive-laden interview

Mack Hansen’s post match interview was going so well after Ireland came away with a 34-20 win over Italy at the Stadio Olimpico in round three of the Guinness Six Nations. That is until IT happened.

The 24-year-old was cordial and polite after his two-try performance, that was until he dropped something (presumably his man of the match award). From there on the interview suddenly became an X-rated horror show loaded with expletives. The winger apologised, but the damage was already done.

The win meant Ireland have taken another stride towards a Grand Slam, although they face a tricky visit to Murrayfield in round four of the Championship. Perhaps it was the thought of that match and his sheer terror that caused Hansen to forget to watch his manners.  Ireland then host England in round five in what is increasingly looking like their Grand Slam coronation.
