WATCH: Hurricanes’ length of the pitch try symbolises everything that is right about Super Rugby
The Hurricanes have been awarded the Super Rugby Play of the Week for their 90 metre try against the Chiefs of Saturday.
The try was started and finished by the in-form Ardie Savea, who turned the ball over in his 22 before sending TJ Perenara into space. The scrum-half neatly linked with Jordie Barrett who returned the ball back to Savea in the Chiefs’ 22. The flanker showed some nice footwork and power to bundle over the line.
