RAW RUGBY: New PROP tribute shows that life in the front row is no longer about being slow and powerful
Interesting one here, a recently made Denis Coulson tribute appears to highlight how the position of prop is ever evolving. No longer are they just expected to pack down for a scrum then take a breather. It now appears that props are expected to carry their weight in many other aspects of the game.
Denis Coulson spent last season playing for Connacht in the Pro 14 and he appears to exemplify this change in style of play.
