Springbok becomes club legend in viral video
Winning a Heineken Champions Cup just is not enough to become a club legend in France, there is a lot more required.
But Dillyn Leyds quickly became a club legend at La Rochelle on Saturday at the Stade Marcel Deflandre after his side resoundingly beat Top 14 leaders Toulouse 30-7.
After the match, as the players made a lap of the pitch, the 16-cap Springbok joined the La Rochelle fans for a drink. The winger necked a beer before flanker Pierre Boudehent and lock Rémi Picquette did the same. They obviously noticed that this was the place to be. The video has since gone viral on social media, take a look:

The win closed the gap between La Rochelle in third in the Top 14 and the leaders Toulouse to eight points, with Stade Francais between. They will now turn their attention to defending their European crown this weekend with a visit from Ulster before travelling to Northampton Saints next weekend.
