VIDEO: Ross Moriarty’s darkside bubbles to the surface in 2013

Before they were famous!

You may remember this tackle from the 2013 U20 Six Nations but you might not remember the participants. Ross Moriarty playing for England picks up and sort of pile drives poor wee Luke McGrath of Ireland into the ground.

Both have gone on to represent their country/countries at senior level, and Moriarty, of course, has now starred for the Lions. The burly backrow – who has been linked with a move back to Wales in recent weeks – will likely want to forget this aberration. Luke McGrath on the other hand, probably can’t remember it.
