Sky Sport NZ this week released a brilliant video showing the steadfast dedication that the All Black legend brings to the table when it comes to his training in rugby.
The video recorded shows Smith beginning training on a Monday at 7:30am, hours before any of his teammates had even left for training.
No wonder he is considered by so many to be the best when he goes to these kinds of lengths to put himself ahead of the competition.
One clip shows him talking about how he things that he is in a ‘rut’ with his passing. For anyone who knows how Aaron Smith plays, you know his passing is stunning.
