SUPERCUT: A look at Glasgow’s outstanding ‘new’ backrow signing – Matt Fagerson
Matt Fagerson, who yesterday signed a professional contract with Glasgow until 2020, could feature from the bench against Treviso this weekend.
The 19-year-old shone at the U20s World Championships in Georgia helping Scotland to a best ever finish and was invited to train with the national side at their recent camp in St Andrews.
Younger brother of Scotland international Zander, Matt can play across the backrow and has already played for Glasgow at six, seven and eight.
Fagerson will turn professional on Sunday (1 October).
