WATCH: Hadleigh Parkes shows he made the right decision to turn down the All Blacks
It was an outstanding debut performance for the New Zealand import.
Having scored two tries in the first half, it appears that Warren Gatland was right to put his faith in the Scarlets centre.
It will be interesting to see whether Parkes can retain his position in February when Wales face Scotland in what will be an extremely tough game for the Welsh. However with Jonathan Davies out for the foreseeable future, it’s safe to say that the man from New Zealand has made a solid claim for the number twelve shirt.
