WATCH: Joe Marler rightfully thinks that rugby players are being too much
Some really interesting chat from Joe Marler and Andy Goode on The Rugby Pod this week.
The discussion turned to transfer rumours and the mention of a Maro Itoje possible transfer was brought up. It is clear to see that in reality that this isn’t a realistic possibility and the rumours are in actuality being spread to increase the price of Itoje. This is all speculation of course but it does highlight the increased focus in our sport on transfer numbers and pay increases.
Marler interestingly and we believe rightly so mentions the possibility of a salary cap that would be properly enforced.
