Winger makes mockery of the law of gravity with jaw-dropping finish

The NRL has served up another outrageous finish over the weekend, this time from New Zealand Warriors winger Dallin Watene-Zelezniak, who seemed to play fast and loose with the law of gravity for his finish against the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks on Sunday.

The try was a typical rugby league finish, with the 26-year-old Kiwi making use of the entire width of the pitch to leap and dot down in the corner. In fact, most of his body was well beyond the touchline while in midair; it was only his right hand that did not cross the sideline, but that was the all important hand as he was able to score with it. This was all while his body was twisting to allow him to land on his back.

The height he got with his jump was quite incredible, and the composure to know where to place the ball down at such speed was truly elite.
