Samoa terrify entire planet prematch against England
England rugby league got their World Cup campaign underway today against Samoa and St James’ Park, but before play started they needed to face one of the most intense war dances any team has ever had to face before a rugby match.
Samoa’s Siva Tau started quite slowly compared to some dances that other countries produce, but ended in terrifying fashion, with some Samoa players standing with their faces just millimetres away from the faces of England players. It was two minutes long, but it was as intimidating as war dances come in either code of rugby.
Take a look:
Few things in sport can beat the magic of the Siva Tau 🤩
