Fijian shows genius level IQ in humiliating France international
All Toulon and France scrum-half Baptiste Serin could do was hang his head in shame last Sunday after being completely duped by Racing 92’s Kitione Kamikamica.
With the scores at 14-14 at the Stade Mayol last weekend, the Toulon scrum-half had the opportunity to put his side in the lead with the conversion following a try to Beka Gigashvili. It was a basic conversion for a player like Serin, so it looked like Toulon were about to take the lead.
However, just before he was about to kick the ball, it fell of the tee. But Kamikamica, being an astute player, knew that Serin had already begun his run-up, meaning he was well within his rights to charge the kick down. Serin was just putting the ball back on the tee when Kamikamica picked it up and walked off with it.
All the Frenchman could do was feign an injury, probably to mask the embarrassment.
