Aaron Smith and Richie Mo’unga show off outrageous skill in the gym

The All Blacks began their preparation for their northern hemisphere tour with an open training session in Nelson this week, ahead of their Test against Japan in just over two weeks’ time.

They also decided to unearth some footage of the squad in the gym from a few months ago, and Aaron Smith and Richie Mo’unga will be pretty happy with that. That is because the video the All Blacks shared showed how skilful the pair are.

In the video Smith and Mo’unga can be seen juggling three balls between each other one handed. It is actually hypnotically good how good their handling is, which is ironic as this was during a Rugby Championship in which the team were slated for their poor ball handling. Then again, these two were not.

Both of them have been included in Ian Foster’s squad for the tour, where the All Blacks will face Japan, Wales, Scotland and England.
